Anyone else dealing with National Credit Services harassment?

For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been bombarded with calls from National Credit Services. They don’t just call once in a while—it’s several times a day, sometimes back to back. When I answer, the reps are rude and try to scare me with threats about what will happen if I don’t pay right away. It’s gotten to the point where I dread picking up my phone.
I started looking into ways to end National Credit Services debt collection harassment, and it seems like a lot of what they’re doing could be against the law. .Has anyone here actually gotten results with this company? Did you file complaints, get a lawyer, or find another way to make them stop? I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for you, because right now I feel like I’m stuck in a loop with their constant harassment.
